Sunday, June 3rd This weekend Willows Beach in Oak Bay was the host to what is called the Oak Bay Tea Party.  Don’t be fooled by its name as it surely isn’t a tea party at all!  In fact, it’s a local ‘fair’ of sorts: Carnival food, face painting, rides, races and a visit from the Canadian Coast Guard helicopter.  Here are a few images from the events…
